Quit Doing Everything All The Time
Take it easy. Take it one step at a time. You do not have to do everything all by yourself all the time. This attitude is a sure-fire way to burn yourself out! And there is no reward to burning out one’s self, only regret, when all the neglect and abuse you subjected yourself to take a toll on your health.

Be gentle with yourself.
Take care of your mind and body.
Do not be harsh on yourself.
If you need help, don’t be afraid to ask for help. You are not alone. There are people around you. Work can be delegated. You do not have to do everything all by yourself, as if you carry the universe on your shoulder. If you need rest, take that much-needed rest. There is nothing to feel guilty about it. It is good in doing nothing too.

Commit to your thought the word SELF-CARE!
Never overlook this simple but very important habit to develop. Be mindful of your own needs if you want to be a superhero of the people around you. As they say, you cannot pour from an empty cup. What else is there to give of yourself if you are already empty and exhausted? Meet your needs first, so you can do more for others.
So the next time you think of overloading yourself again, think twice! Inhale, Exhale, Breathe deep… Life is too short to be unnecessarily preoccupied with everything. Life is too short to be wasted on stress and anxiety. Focus on what really matters. Live and feel the moment!
