Overcome your Insomnia Problem with Shavasan

In today’s time, many people are suffering from insomnia. Even after getting tired, one does not get sleep at night. Not having good and deep sleep at night has adverse effects on health. If you are also troubled by insomnia problem, then doing yoga can remove your problem.

Doing yoga every day keeps the body healthy and cures diseases. Today I will tell you about Yogasan to overcome the problem of insomnia. By doing this Yogasana, you will get deep and sound sleep and you will be healthy.

Insomnia problem is overcome by doing Shavasana regularly. It has also been claimed by many types of research that the practice of Shavasan yoga can overcome the insomnia problem. For good and deep sleep, daily Shavasana should be done for 5 to 10 minutes before sleeping.

The body remains in a corpse position in the posture of embalming. According to many kinds of research, sleeping hormones and sleeping cells are activated by breathing due to which sleep is good and deep.

It is quite easy to practice Shavasana. You can easily do this asana on yoga mats in your bedroom before going to sleep. People who do not have yoga mats can also do this asana on the bed.

Here is the way to do it.

1. Lie on your back on a yoga mat or on a bed.
2. Spread both legs. There should be a distance of at least 1-1.5 feet between the two legs.
3. Keep both your hands away from the body.
4. After the body completely relaxes, breathe in slowly and release slowly. Keep doing this for about 5 to 10 minutes.

If you do this Yogasana daily before bedtime, you are sure to get good sleep.
