2 Benefits of Garlic

You may find it hard to think of a meal that doesn’t get better with a clove of garlic or two. It is a great way to add an extra touch to a dish and is used worldwide. But did you know that garlic is not only good to use in the kitchen but also in the bedroom? Garlic is generally not helpful when it comes to ‘bedroom action’, but that’s not the type of action I am talking about.

  1. Calm effect:

You can have a sound sleep with a clove of garlic under your pillow. You may think this sounds a bit strange, but the sulfurous substances in garlic combined with the aroma have a calming effect on you. The garlic smell will reach through the pillow a little, which will help you fall asleep more easily. In addition, it will also improve the quality of your sleep. 

In other words, you will sleep faster and deeper. What else do you want? Put one or two cloves (including the shell) of garlic under your pillow and you will notice the effect. You will sleep like a baby. And, you need not worry. Your room won’t smell like garlic when you wake up the next morning and neither do you. Everyone will like to sit next to you. Just try and see.

  1. Stomach:

Garlic is great for other things too. Do you have problems with your stomach pain, such as stomach acid? Drink a glass of water with a little added fresh garlic. It tastes gross, but it helps.
